The traditional sports brand Champion and the brand of Muhammad Ali have teamed up to launch a global campaign that includes limited pieces to honor the legacy of one of the greatest boxers of all time through the Champion X Muhammad Ali collection.
Inspired by Ali's six basic principles: trust, conviction, dedication, generosity, respect and spirituality, the pieces include sweatshirts and T-shirts and also evoke the fighter's sporting spirit with these words printed along with some of his best known lines.
Also as part of the campaign's activation and extension, the brand invited contemporary artist Hiero Veiga to create a mural with the image of the fighter in Miami's famous artistic district, Wynwood. Large-scale work in a realistic style incorporates the new collection and encourages pedestrians to be their own champions, part of Ali's mission to inspire people to feel their inner strength.
Hiero's work can be seen on the streets and in large galleries worldwide as well as in the advertisement video.
