The American Women's Basketball League, WNBA, kicked-off the season last June 25 in its bubble.

Even before the orange ball went up, the girls who are struggling so much for recognition in the world of basketball, received honors from NBA players wearing the orange sweatshirt that is a trademark of the women's league, in a solidary act of respect and support for the women of basketball.

LeBron James, Devin Booker, Chris Paul, Jason Tatum, Russell Westbrook, Trae Young, John Wall, Ja Morant, Eric Bledsoe, Bam Adebayo, Jusuf Nurkić e Meyers Leonard are some of the stars who wore orange and hit the chest in defense of the female space in the sport.

The item that is also called #ORANGEHOODIE, has become a movement that shows the initiative of athletes for female representation in sport, and finally the center of attention as the 'hottest' piece of the bubble, despite the fact that fashion is not the main concern.

Celebrating the start of the WNBA season is natural for NBA players, who, after all, are basketball fans like all of us. And let's face it, after months without sports, who wouldn't be excited? As PJ Tucker said in a post on his Instagram: "Basketball is back ..!"

Not so long ago and out of the bubble context, other athletes already showed solidarity towards the WNBA, like Kobe Bryant, who has always dedicated himself to the development of women's basketball.
